In 1996 I received my nursing degree and in 2023 I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Most of my career has been spent caring for families of every shape and size at a very busy family practice clinic. Above all, I am a proud mom to 4 amazing young men and I know that becoming a parent is an awesome privilege but also a challenge like no other. My passion? Moms. Oh I love babies but it brings me such joy to help moms feel empowered by equipping them with knowledge of how their bodies and their babies form an amazing life-giving team.
